    Delete your Amidships account

    Developer

Amidships is developed by The Maritime Consultancy Ltd (Amidships), Company No. 13436865, registered in England and Wales.

    How to delete your account

    1. In the app: sign in, open Profile, and tap “Delete account”. Type DELETE to confirm. We sign you out and start a 30-day recovery period.
    2. By email: write to hello@amidships.app from the address on the account and ask us to delete it.

    What gets deleted

    • Your login, including a Google sign-in link
    • Your profile, display name and leaderboard handle
    • Study progress, quizzes, mock papers, drills and flashcard state
    • XP, badges and device registrations
    • Voice session records (start time and minutes billed, not a recording)
    • Instructor questions, replies and support tickets
    • Challenges you created, and every other player’s attempts at them
    • Custom mocks you created, and attempts at them
    • Rows we hold against your email, including billing summaries, waitlist entries and mail logs
    • Any subscription still running, cancelled when the account is permanently deleted

Ask Amidships questions are not stored, so there is nothing of that conversation to delete. None of this is removed during the 30-day recovery period. It is removed only when the period ends.

    What may be kept

    • Payment and invoice records held by Stripe, and our accounting records, where the law requires them (for example, for tax)

    Timeframe

Sign back in within 30 days to cancel the deletion and restore your account in full. After 30 days we permanently delete the account and all of your data. That deletion cannot be undone and cannot be recovered. Email requests follow the same 30-day clock.
