Voice oral examiner
The oral is spoken, so practise it out loud
Multiple choice measures recognition. An oral measures whether you can state a decision and defend it while someone is listening. The voice examiner asks the question aloud, hears your answer and follows up on what you actually said.

How it works
- The examiner speaks a question from the level you are preparing for
- You answer out loud, in your own words, at your own pace
- It follows up on your reasoning rather than reading from a script
- You get the session back as a transcript so you can see how you actually phrased things
Why it changes preparation
Most candidates discover in the room that knowing something and saying it clearly are different skills. Rehearsing aloud closes that gap before it costs you, and it exposes the answers you only half know because the hesitation is audible.
Where it is available
The voice oral examiner is included as standard on the Master 200gt and Commercial Academy plans.
Common questions
Do I need a microphone?
Any phone or laptop microphone is fine. It runs in the browser with no extra software.
Is it the same as the real oral?
No examiner simulation is. It rehearses the format, the pressure of answering aloud and the follow up questioning, which is what candidates find hardest to practise alone.
Which levels does it cover?
It draws on the level you are working on, with the mock oral prompts and scenario questions from that bank.
